Gavin T. Elliot is the founder and managing attorney of The Elliot Legal Group, P.A., a Florida-based law firm representing businesses, developers, investors, and property owners in complex commercial and real estate disputes.
Mr. Elliot focuses his practice on business litigation, real estate disputes, partnership conflicts, and corporate governance matters. Throughout his career, he has represented a broad range of clients—from entrepreneurs and closely held companies to large corporations and international investors.
Before founding the firm in 2010, Mr. Elliot began his legal career as a public defender in Orange County, Florida, where he gained significant courtroom and trial experience. He later transitioned to civil practice, concentrating on business and real estate law.
Mr. Elliot is an internationally licensed attorney, admitted to practice in multiple jurisdictions including the United States and the United Kingdom. His cross-border qualifications allow the firm to assist international investors and businesses involved in legal matters connected to Florida.
